James Anthony is a Post-Rock duo consisting of brothers Jason and Scott Slepicka. With one brother living in Beijing and the other in Los Angeles, James Anthony brings together their love and passion for creating and playing music, something they have been doing together since their younger years. The geographic distance between them may be vast but technology bridges the gap to bring about a true DIY international collaboration. Recorded on two continents and influenced by Explosions in the Sky, Mono, TWDY and Tortoise, James Anthony’s debut EP “What Have We Found?” delves into sonic exploration through highs and lows, intensity and tranquillity and everything else that one may be searching for.
